Should Adam Lambert be a vampire in the upcoming Twilight saga films?

In the finale of American Idol, Adam Lambert sang his infamous "Mad World" rendition to a very Twilight-esque themed performance. I've thought this for a while now, and this performance confirmed it for me - Adam Lambert should be a vampire in one of the upcoming Twilight films! He has a very sexy dark look that would bode well as a vampire! What do you think?
