I'm an Idol junkie and have backed some fantastic guys on the show over the years (Ruben, Bo, Taylor, Blake and David C) but Adam has just gotten into my soul....his songs play in my head all the time...it's crazy! Last night my kids were over and they were both singing Mad World just randomly.... (I'm 45 btw)....today it's been 'One' just playing over and over in my head and keeping my spirits up at work...

i am new at admitting im gay.watching somebody as hot as adam lambert say he was gay was an inspiration to me.i would give anything to meet him in person to tell him thank you for giving me the courage to finally tell my family and friends that i was gay.now i can truely be happy.thank you

That was Ryan Seacrest's explanation... on why Adam did not perform on the finals for season 9.....but why wasn't he invited to stand on stage with the other Idol wantabes from past seasons to say Good bye to Simon? He didn't win, but was one of the best singers (ever) to come out of idol. It was Adam's mentoring that helped Lee Dwyze come out of his shyness....and go to win......Lee owes a big thank you to Adam. The week Adam was on was the best part of idol this season.
