40 years of the music business & never....

I have never heard such a talent...such range and such incredible tone and projection as Adam gives in each song and performance. This young man will be in the Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame in the future. His name will be mentioned with Elvis, The Rolling Stonge, The Beattles, The Righteous Brothers and other top Iconic stars of the music business....Get that first album out Adam..let's get with it....Thanks for the incredible entertainment on Idol this season...James Bond 58  out of 60 found this valuable. I haven't been in the music business but I love music, pretty much every variety - classic rock, alternative rock, jazz, blues, Appalachian, opera, choral, techno, even had a flirtation with Nine Inch Nails in 1997 - before Adam the most interesting performer I had seen outside of opera was Tori Amos (3 concerts in 1996) but in my opinion she lost some edge in the later 1990's - and I agree 100% with what you've written here. Adam is special - he has the magic, the spark - I missed early Elvis (a bit too young at 54) but I believe he will be in that upper upper echelon of stardom. Thanks for your post. I think Adam has wisely decided not to focus on appearing with one band - he wants to be an independent artist - but I think he will appear with Queen & that would make for an awesome concert - I hope that comes to pass. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I am not in the music business but love a range of rock, alternative, classic rock and even listen to Broadway musicals at times. This man is truly something special. I am 35 and have long believed I was over the whole teen fan thing but Adam is in my head! I purchased his Idol album from I tunes and listen to it all time. The more I listen the more I enjoy, and I hear people I know across the board in age and background say the same thing, "wow!". I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas! You can bet I will buy his first album the day it is released, and all the others to follow because there are sure to be many! Do you find this valuable?

I agree with all of you! I can't remember too many that have caused the excitement that Adam has....can't wait for his first album. Did anyone hear his "Mad World" song played during a preview of a new tv show? Exciting!!!! Do you find this valuable?
